Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Di PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study to find out how the relationship of leadership style with employee productivity in PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance.
Population taken for this research is employees at PT Adira Dinamika Mutifinance Bogor branch. Sample used all employees as much as 129 respondents.
The research instrument is questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of equation data analysis, the regression obtained is as follows:
Y = 38.204 + 0.292X
This equation represents the constant value (a) of 38.204 indicating that if the leadership style or X = 0, then the work productivity of 38.204. The beta coefficient (b) of 0.292 indicates that if leadership style is increased 1 point then it will increase work productivity equal to 0,292. This regression equation is significant at the level of α = 0.05 because the test significance degree is 0.000
