The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of service quality and product quality to the customer’s satisfaction in PT. Sanprima Sentosa Bogor. Jl. Jendral Sudirman No.52. The sampels taken are customer who do service in dealer Honda Sanprima Sentosa, Bogor. Total sample of this research are 100 respondences while the analysis tools that are used in this research are SPSS version 20.0. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows : (1) service quality have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction (2) product quality have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction (3) simultaneously service quality and product quality have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction (4) this study show that percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables (service quality and product quality) to the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) of 57.9%. The remaining 42,1% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tau pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT.Sanprima Sentosa Bogor Jl.Jendral Sudirman No.52. Sampel pada penelitian ini ialah pelanggan yang sedang melakukan jasa servis di dealer Honda Sanprima Sentosa Bogor. Total sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 100 responden dengan menggunakan perangkat analisis SPSS versi 20.0. Metode dalam pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (2) kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (3) secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (4) hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas (kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk) terhadap variabel terikat (kepuasan pelanggan) sebesar 57.9%. Dan sisanya 42.1% dipengaruhi atau dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini.
