Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Koffie Bloem

The purpose of this research to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Koffie Bloem Bogor. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used was 97 respondents using the saturated sample method. Data collection techniques use questionnaire methods, observation, interviews and documentary techniques. This research uses validity test methods, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The research results stated that 61.2% of
customer satisfaction variables were influenced by service quality and product quality. Meanwhile, the remaining 38.8% is largely influenced by other variables not tested in this research.
